Digital products are sold only through third-party marketplaces—Envato Market (ThemeForest) or Gumroad. Refund eligibility, time limits, and processing are defined by the platform where you completed your purchase and by the license type you selected.
If you purchased an item on Envato Market (ThemeForest), your transaction is with Envato as the marketplace operator. Niftytheme is the author of the item, not the payment processor or Merchant of Record.

If you purchased through Gumroad, payment and refund handling are governed by Gumroad’s terms and the product listing on our Gumroad store. Niftytheme does not process Gumroad payments on niftytheme.net.

Custom development work commissioned directly from Niftytheme is separate from ThemeForest and Gumroad product sales. Those projects are non-refundable once development has commenced, as outlined in the written project agreement signed before work begins.
